If anyone has seen the commercials, then you'll know that our worst fears have come true.

In the pro-Roberts commercial, Sen. Joe Biden (D-Unce) is shown from the Ginsberg confirmation hearings. He is repeatedly quoted agreeing w/ Justice Ginsberg on her refusal to answer questions about her possible rulings that may come before the Supreme Court.

Today, did he or Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Runk) give John Roberts the same courtesy to refuse an answer? Nope!
