Another Domino Falls,...
A U.S. district judge on Monday threw out the nation's health care law, declaring it unconstitutional because it violates the Commerce Clause and surely reviving a feud among competing philosophies about the role of government.
Judge Roger Vinson, in Pensacola, Fla., ruled that as a result of the unconstitutionality of the "individual mandate" that requires people to buy insurance, the entire law must be declared void.
"I must reluctantly conclude that Congress exceeded the bounds of its authority in passing the act with the individual mandate. That is not to say, of course, that Congress is without power to address the problems and inequities in our health care system. The health care market is more than one-sixth of the national economy, and without doubt Congress has the power to reform and regulate this market. That has not been disputed in this case. The principal dispute
has been about how Congress chose to exercise that power here," Vinson wrote.

Really? The worst President ever? That seems a bit extreme.

Any more extreme than you pussy liberals portraying Obama's predecessor in Ronald McDonald-like clown makeup for seven straight years? He set forth, WITHOUT apology, a foreign policy that struck both fear and respect from our enemies. Oh, and my post? It's called the First Amendment,...you should know: you liberal scum hid behind it every time someone objected to belittling Bush in the media.
Some thoughts:
First, the post about the healthcare law doesn't really have anything to do with the first amendment, I think you mean article 1 of the constitution instead, section 8 (Commerce Clause and General Welfare Clause) and and more judges have issued opinions saying the new healthcare law doesn't violate the constitution than does. Just saying.
2. Liberals only make up about 50% of the country, yet President Bush left office with an approval rating in the 20s. So it looks like liberals weren't the only ones dressing Bush in clown suits.
3. As I recall we found no weapons of mass destruction, Iraq officially had no tie to Al Queda, they still try to attack us, and Bush spent how much on the war?
How many attacks or attempted attacks were made on US soil prior to 1/2009? How many since Obama went around the world apologizing to our allies and enemies alike for existing?
If liberals only make up 50% of the populace, why are they in such a minority in the House right now? Where did you get your figures?
Finally, I am not equating ObamaCare with the First Amendment; I am using my right under the First Amendment to post my opinion of the Obama administration, which seemed to be the crux of your argument.
Ok a lot going on here, let me just answer your original question.
I was not questioning your right of free speech to criticize Obama, I was merely asking you if you really thought Obama was the worst of all 44 Presidents. I don't think he's that bad. I mean off the top of my head Nixon and Warren G Harding were probably worse.
On the side, the house of reps changes every two years, so that's why the house members don't exactly match the percentage of liberals to conservatives. 50% is a figurative number to say about half. No one can really pinpoint the exact percentage, it's different with every poll and it matters how the pollsters ask the questions. If one asks 'do you consider yourself conservative' one will get fewer responses than if one asks 'do you lean towards conservative'. My point was that liberals were not the only ones disappointed in Bush. That is crystal clear no matter what polls you look at.
And when did Obama say "I'm sorry for America existing?" And dude, America is not perfect, let's be straight with ourselves. We had slavery written into our founding constitution.
