It ticks off features of the $4,500-a-week spa such as "aqua-thermal bathing experiences" and "Finnish saunas" and concludes: "It is unknown whether the Communist Cuban health care system, which Moore has praised, offers its citizens refreshing stays at luxurious weight loss resorts."
