Would be nice to see where they came up with this, or is it just some number they decided to toss in there to make a point.

So much twisted information from both sides on this, like not considering the lifetime tax increase to cover the borrowing needed to install program.

I guess if they think its a "Slam Dunk" that this idea will work, they should offer a guarentee that minimum benifits will stay the same. Of course they wont guarentee that, and that is the problem, this program is supposed to be something you can count on.
