We have a 9/11 Memorial Parade here every year. One of my favorite vehicles is a vintage fire truck with a sign on each side with the names of all of the emergency responders who died that day. It's a staggering, sobering sight. I've marched in it twice (with Red Cross) and the first year they gave us each a flag with the name of a deceased responder on it. I cried... to see that see of blue, black and red (all our uniforms) waving the red, white and blue flags, knowing that each one represented a fallen firefighter/emt/officer/paramedic. Staggering.

You know I'm in New Cumberland?
I love the stars and stripes one! VERY cool.
