Uterine Invasion?

Virginia State Legislator John Cosgrove has introduced a new bill that I'm sure will start the pro-life/pro-choice argument anew.


Personally, I'm kinda scratching my head re: the logic behind needed a law like this. At some point I'm thinking that it would violate HIPAA rules, providing the woman calls for EMS support after the miscarriage.
