The Beating of War Drums

It appears Kim Jung-Il is preparing for war with the United States.

A 33-page manual, "Detailed Wartime Guidelines" was issued in April of 2004.

Now this begs one serious question:

Is this guy nuts??

Uhh...yeah...he is nuts. The whole family. They name freaking flowers after themselves! I think the one was called a "kimjongillia".

Can't think of a better way for him to demonstrate to the N. Korean population that he is, indeed, nuts, TrekMed.

Can't you imagine anyone getting that manual and thinking "how do we get rid of this bozo???"
