Bush Makes "Right" Choice

OK,..I'm a couple days behind responding to this, but I had a minor medical emergency.

Anyway, President Bush apparently found his testicles and nominated Samuel Alito to replace Justice Sandra Day O'Connor on the SCOTUS bench.

I like him already because:

• Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, Barbara Boxer and Nancy Pelosi (who, BTW, doesn't have a dog in this hunt, so should shut her goddamned trap) all have smoke coming from their ears
• His nickname, for better or worse, is "Scalito;" a reference to his like-mindedness to Justice Antonin Scalia
• The MSM has already started the mud-slinging, such as the Daily Fishwrapper's Will "My Panties are In a" Bunch calling Alito a draft dodger
• And finally, those lovably immature Socialists at Young Philly Politics have already started screaming:

"Judge Samuel Alito is as right-wing as they come. He’ll overturn Roe v. Wade, dismantle affirmative action and pretty much destroy any legal protections for workers. If he is confirmed, the progress we have made over the past 50 years will be under attack for as long as he remains on the court. Given the strength of conservatives in the Senate, it seems that that only way to stop this confirmation is in the Judiciary Committee."

And overturning 50 years of judicial mismanagement is a BAD thing? Let's see what we had to deal with in the last 50 years:

• God has been legislated out of the societal equation
• Families have been broken up and replaced by a welfare system under the guise of "constitutional entitlements"
• Immorality has reached an all-time low when we can commit murder-on-demand (abortion), criminals can use guns to commit crime, but the victims can't shoot back, and lying under oath makes you a millionaire!
  

Yeah,..I can see why the Democrats are soiling their shorts over soon-to-be Justice Alito!
