Why...?

Three boys in Camden NJ go missing, and are later found dead in the trunk of a car:

Why did the mother leave her brain-damaged child unattended for more than 5 minutes?
Why wasn't the abandoned car removed long ago?
Why did the family wait 90 minutes before calling the police?
Why didn't the father search the trunk of the car himself?
Why are minority children always considered a liquidatable asset? (The parents of the three children have lawyered up and plan to sue the City of Camden. Because the city doesn't have the guts to asks these questions, they'll settle out of court for millions - bet on it!)

PBS is accused of liberal media bias, is being threatened with budget cuts, and neo-Socs are all calling for the head of CPB chairman Kenneth Y. Tomlinson. (add'l link)
